At Cakeworthy, we want you to be obsessed with your new gear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all mystery boxes, face masks, and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition with all tags attached and verify that the purchase was made within the last 30 days.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
